On 23.10.2019, the City Council approved the forest cemetery project. This project, in which the municipalities of Dalheim, Mondercange and Weiler also participate, is also supported by the CSV. Here, people who wish to do so can find their final resting place. A wooden shelter should offer the necessary protection and a dignified setting for a ceremony.
In this context, the CSV pointed out that, unlike in Hellange and Frisange, there is still no shelter in Aspelt on the cemetery. Therefore, it was requested that such an expense be taken into account when drawing up the 2020 budget.
